This returns policy covers any items purchased directly from www.harrietmuncaster.co.uk.

Changed your mind?

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your items.  You need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period using our contact form.

If we haven’t yet shipped your order, we will cancel and refund your money as soon as possible within 14 days. If we have shipped your order, please wait for it to arrive and then post it back to us using the return address on the package.

Once your order arrives you have 14 days to decide whether or not you would like to return it. If you let us know that you would like to return your item, you have 14 days to do so from the time you let us know. 

We recommend you get proof of postage for any item you ship back to us. 

Please note that we will refund your full original order amount for any items you wish to return, including postage. However, if you change your mind about an item you order from us, you are liable for the return postage cost.

Faulty item?

If there is a fault or problem with your item or it is damaged in any way once it arrives to you, please let us know as soon as possible using our contact page and we will work to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

If we ask you to return a faulty item, we will cover the cost of returning the item.
