Delivery Costs

We try to keep our delivery costs as fair as possible, so we only charge what it costs us to post your items using UK Royal Mail.

We offer three delivery zones:

• UK
• Europe (including Russia, Greenland and Scandinavia)
• Rest of the World

Our prices are based either on UK First Class post or International Standard post, except where significantly cheaper options exist without greatly increasing delivery times.

Delivery Times

We are a very small team of Harriet Muncaster and assistant, and we have various commitments and pressures such as writing and illustrating books and appearing at promotional events and school visits. We also have life-stuff like holidays from time to time! We will aim to get all orders posted within 3 working days, but occasionally this may not be possible.

If we are not going to be able to post your item within 3 working days, we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.
